Product Repair Service
Rebel R/C requires all repair requests to contact us prior to sending us your product. Please e-mail Rebel R/C at firstname.lastname@example.org with detailed information on your product issues.
The typical turnaround time is 10 to 21 business days from the date we receive the unit. (During peak season turn-around times will vary)
Depending on the repair required, charges range from $20 to $150 not including parts.
Be Sure to Include:
1) A complete return address to a non-P.O. Box address.
2) Attention Repair / Service Dept
3) Assigned RMA number on outside of the package RMA#: (assigned by service representative)
4) A phone number when you can be reached during business hours (to talk about any technical or billing information). Also include an email if possible.
5) A detailed explanation of the problem.
If unit is found to be free of any factory manufacturing defects, owner will be charged a fee of $35.00 to cover handling, shipping, and testing.
Rebel R/C strongly recommends using a shipper's tracking services for items sent to Rebel R/C. Rebel R/C is not responsible for any packages shipped to Rebel R/C that are lost in transit. Ship product in sturdy packaging.
